Throughout my life I’ve met challenges head-on, adapted to change with purpose, and built a business centered around creating better futures for people, including my
own family.
From an early age, I learned what it meant to prioritize family above everything else. I was working toward a nursing degree when I found out I was pregnant with twins. My world shifted overnight, but I’ve always been driven and believe there is always a way forward. So, I pivoted and switched to an accounting degree I could complete online from home. It was the first of many decisions I made to put my children first.

After earning my degree, I still felt drawn to helping others, so I worked as a CNA at a nursing home and hospital. I took night shifts so I could be with my kids during the day. It was exhausting, but it allowed me to be present for my family. Over the years, my family grew to seven children: Weston, Keagan, Deaglan, Paxton, Nayeli, Titus, and Kuvira. Each new addition brought more joy and more responsibility, and as a single mom, I became an expert at juggling schedules, adapting to change, and finding creative solutions.
My journey into real estate began with my own experience as a first-time homebuyer. While working as a waitress, I saved up enough to buy my first house. The process was far from smooth, and I realized how much families like mine needed guidance and support. That experience planted the seed for a new career. I wanted to help others navigate the challenges of buying and selling homes, especially those facing big life transitions.
In 2023, with my oldest almost 10 and my youngest a newborn, I earned my real estate license. I started out as a solo agent, balancing real estate with my hospital job and the demands of motherhood. It was very hard learning while trying to build connections, but I didn’t give up. Even if I had to bring my youngest to a showing or get extra help from my family to watch the kids, I kept working at it. By my second year, my business grew to 22 transactions!
That experience gave me confidence and a deep understanding of the local market, especially in rural areas with unique challenges like manufactured homes and probate sales. I have found that I thrive in navigating challenges and helping my clients get to the finish line.

Eventually, I returned to working independently, this time with the experience and network I needed to succeed. As my business has grown, so has my vision for what I want it to become. I’m not just building a successful real estate career. I’m building something I hope my children can one day be part of or even inherit if they choose. More than anything, I want to leave them a legacy of honesty, hard work, and service that they can be proud of. Every client I help and every relationship I build is another step toward creating something that will outlast me.
That vision is also what drives the way I serve my clients. I know a home is about so much more than four walls. It’s where families grow, traditions begin, milestones are celebrated, and futures are built. Homeownership creates stability, opportunity, and often becomes the foundation of a legacy that can be passed from one generation to the next. I’m committed to providing honest guidance and genuine support so my clients can make confident decisions that benefit not only their lives today, but their families for years to come.
Real estate has also given me the flexibility to be there for my kids, whether it’s school drop-offs, football and soccer games, or just spending time together. To relax, I love to garden, with roses, berries, watermelons, and pumpkins to name a few. I have a busy life, but it is filled with love, laughter, and a sense of fulfillment in serving others.

When you work with me, you can expect more than just a transaction—I’m here to guide you through every step of the process with patience, honesty, and genuine care. My background in healthcare and years of raising a large family have taught me the importance of listening closely and understanding each person’s unique needs. I specialize in helping families and individuals in rural areas, where transactions can sometimes be more complex, such as working with manufactured homes or properties that need a little extra attention. I’ve built a strong network of local service providers, so if you need repairs, cleaning, or advice on preparing your home for sale, I can connect you with people I trust.
Flexibility is at the heart of my business. As a mom of seven, I understand how busy life can get, and I’m always willing to work around your schedule. Just as important, I want to remove concerns and unknowns by answering questions, explaining each step, and making sure you feel confident in your decisions. Above all, I believe that buying or selling a home is a big financial decision that can change your life, which is why I provide a level of support that ensures not just a good experience, but a successful outcome. I’m honored to be part of that journey with you, and I’ll work hard to ensure you have the best possible experience from start to finish.
Sincerely,

Megan Wells
